Please note, all sessions must be paid for in full prior to them taking place. This is because a therapy room must be booked and paid for and each session is prepared extensively in advance, to ensure it is tailored to your specific needs.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice should be given in case of online cancellation and 72 hours for in-person sessions , otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
