Mental Health Hotline!
There are all sorts of reasons why you might seek the help of a talk therapist but sometimes waiting lists can be long or you simply can’t justify spending out for an entire hour’s session.
Or maybe you just want to talk something over and there’s nobody in your immediate circle that you feel comfortable sharing with.
Whatever your reason, The Wellness Room offers a Mental Health Hotline.
What is the Mental Health Hotline?
Put simply, it’s a 20 minute phone call with qualified therapist, Debi Hall, for £20.
The session takes place over the phone at a mutually agreed time, where you can talk about whatever it is that is bothering you.
Sometimes just talking to someone impartial and non-judgemental can be a therapy in itself.
Debi will listen to your issue and help you work through it in the best way possible.
Who is this for?
Anyone that wants some help working through a problem or dilemma, or who just wants someone to talk to.
What can I call about?
The Mental Health Hotline is there for you for a range of topics. Some include, but are not limited to:
Problem with partner, friend or family, that you want to sound off about to someone else first
Working out how to speak to someone about an issue
Dilemma at work
Too many worries and thoughts in your head and you want to speak to someone to reduce the impact
Loneliness
Stress at home or work
Coping mechanisms
Support with weight loss journey
