Self-Esteem refers to how we feel about ourselves - self respect, feelings of value and the beliefs we hold about ourselves. Many of our life experiences can change how we feel about ourselves and it can be hard to remember our worth at times.

You are not alone. And you ARE worthy of love, of respect. You are just as good and important as everyone else. It may be difficult to hear that and believe it but with the help of The Wellness Room, you CAN change how you view yourself for the better.

A lack of self-esteem can have the following affects:

Each session will be individually tailored to your specific needs in order to achieve the most effective therapy for you in the shortest time required.

You will be offered a confidence and positivity building recording to listen to after your final session, for continued work to take place.

How Many Sessions Will it Take?

Without knowing your individual requirements, it is impossible to answer that question. I recommend 4 or 6 sessions, depending on the issue and offer discounted packages. In some cases more or fewer sessions will be needed.
